About Us

Traveller Multimedia Network, LLC was managing private and governmental networks before the Internet became public domain. When it did, the principals of Traveller were leaders in bringing reliable, affordable connectivity to businesses. Today, we’re creating mutually-beneficial partnerships out of the public and private networks we build and support.

We successfully leverage public infrastructure to help lower connectivity costs and create massive wireless and fiber high-speed networks for commercial mission critical data. Cities and counties who allow the use of their infrastructure—poles and towers, for instance—get essential communications services in return. Video control, documents, medical imaging, sensor information and many more advanced applications can be deployed quickly when you own your network as we do.

Traveller is not a reseller. Our wholly-owned, high bandwidth network allows us to react to our customers’ needs without the delay of red tape associated with multiple operators. And we provide a single point of control for the deployment and service of your mission-critical data.

Traveller is everywhere around our users—and nowhere to everyone else

Traveller is an IP data provider, but the wireless portion of our network shouldn’t be confused with WIFI. If you’re thinking 802.x when you hear the word wireless, think bigger—much bigger. While wireless hotspots are one of the many products we provide for our customers, the Traveller “cloud” is an entirely different universe.

When you drive through your city’s infrastructure and landmarks, you can look up and below to the foundation of Traveller’s network. From those and many other distribution points, we can beam our flexible connectivity much easier than any competitor can run a wire. And unlike a wire, our wireless transport doesn’t even exist to those who would want to compromise it.

It’s only there for you.

Our security measures includes 256 AES data encryption; comprehensive tools for authentication of legitimate users and control of paid-for services; denial of services to “stolen” units and automatic identification of fraudulent configuration change attempts; meticulous control of access for management and configuration of units; numerous filtering and flow control features; and built-in support for virtual private networks.

Traveller performance: Cloud Nine

While we can’t reach everyone everywhere (yes, some potential customers are in the “shadows” of the very heights on which our wireless gear resides and fiber isn't down every street) we do get around very well. Consider that Traveller’s networks allow the secure sharing of thousands medical images—including CT scans and 3D heart images—every month among many regional medical facilities over our 3400-square-mile network. Our State of Art Data Center provide a SOC2 compliant facility for entities looking to build their own cloud.

Our work with government operations include data transmission to off-campus buildings; traffic counts, weather sensors; and the deployment of a number of types of data communications techniques to outlying areas where Internet communications do not otherwise exist.

City governments rely on Traveller to get real-time water quality data from outlying water processing plants—miles outside of telecommunications infrastructure—into laboratories in city centers.

We see ourselves as the provider of choice for a collection of connections.

If you need speeds up to 10Gigabits per second of service, we can provide it. No matter what speed you need, it comes to you with Traveller's performance, security and dependability. We provide you with exactly the amount that’s best for your application without the usual arbitrary bundling increments. Traveller’s network performance is as fast as light:

And how will you decide to use Traveller?

We’ve said it before, but it’s worth saying again: we offer flexibility, security, performance and dependability. These are the essential ingredients in all our networks. Upon this foundation, it’s our job to help you see what’s coming and figure out how.
